[INFO]100524 Who is Jay?

We’re kind of reluctant to release this information since it’s best not to dwell on the past, but we might as well since it doesn’t hurt anybody. This is information we were told- it has nothing to do with being biased since these are just random facts from unbiased sources. Also, please keep in mind that this is in no way making him sound like some kind of saint. The point of this document is to list his GOOD traits, not the bad ones, so we obviously wouldn’t mention those here – doesn’t mean he doesn’t have any flaws. He’s only human. This document isn’t really relevant, but just keep it in the back of your head =)
Hopefully, this will cheer you guys up; knowing that we can still put our faith in someone in this mess.

Many of you know this already, but for those of you that don’t: Jay saved a baby girl’s life before. Here’s the account of a DBSK fan who witnessed it:
“This is an old story, but the girl told me this because she wanted Hottests to cheer up. She said that she saw this guy with weird hair saving a little girl from getting hit by a car. The girl’s mom thanked him infinitely but he kept saying it’s ok, and just walked away quietly. At the time, nobody knew who he was because he was totally alone, just walking around.“

- 2PM days -
- Jay set the mood when it got awkward, when the members were too tired to say anything after their schedules, when the members were down. Even though he was exhausted himself, he went out of his way to make everything seemed alright. Of course, this was expected of him since he does have the position of leader. I’m just glad to say that he took responsibility for the members.

- He played with Chansung when nobody wanted to deal with Chansung’s playful roughness because frankly, everybody was sometimes tired of his excessive playing.

- He helped Junsu with dance and stayed up very late with Junsu to teach him because Junsu was having a hard time.

- He helped Junsu with English when Jay was learning Korean himself, because Junsu wanted to learn really badly.

- When Junho becomes frustrated during practice because it was so late at night, he gets angry at himself and at those who messed up (When one person messes up, they would all have to start over again.) All the time, Jay helped Junho get over his impatience and made him think of happier things.

- Jay was the one that taught Taecyeon how to be a “good” idol, and urged Taecyeon over and over again to be good to his fans, to tolerate them, to not get angry at them.

- Jay helped Taecyeon with his outfits so he wouldn’t be embarrassed all the time as a “fashion terrorist”.

- When the other members needed help on stage due to mic problems, Jay lent them a hand without a moment of hesitation. When Taecyeon’s microphone failed to work, Jay rapped his part for him so Taecyeon wouldn’t look like he was silently mouthing words. When Khun’s microphone experienced problems, Jay smoothly passed him his own microphone so Khun could sing his part. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FWo41n6W3u

- Jay liked to share caps and shirts with Wooyoung, bought Wooyoung food because Wooyoung struggled with their diet of chicken breast, and told Wooyoung he would “take care of tough jobs for him.” Jay especially cared about Wooyoung. When he left Korea, he told Nichkhun to take care of Wooyoung for him.

- Believe it or not, Jay kept 2PM from fooling around with girls. They would always go clubbing and he would scold them to not fool around so much. He wanted to prevent future problems and took his image seriously.

- In the JYPE building, he saw a woman who had her leg bandaged up limp by, so he stopped and asked her if her leg was okay. He then asked her where she was staying, and if it wasn’t too far, he would try to get her there if it was going to be much easier for her. I don’t know what her response was, but he ended up giving her a piggyback ride to the opposite of the building.

- General/Recent -

-I don’t know if this is a good thing or bad thing. He seems like he’s shy looking at girls, but in reality he’s just scared of being close to girls.

- He worked four jobs, taught dance at church, and didn’t go to school to support his family. Do you guys know that the main reason Jay decided to train for four hard years, the thing that kept him going through those lonely years, was because he wanted to make money for his family because of their financial situation? “I wanted to buy my mom nice things…”

- Jay is a guy who wanted to forgive his “brothers” and he did. He might be uncomfortable about them, but he holds no grudges against them and was not angry at them from day 1. Hurt, but not angry. He said he “understood.” (-_-).

- When he first heard of rumors that the boys didn’t want him back (before conference), he said he was “fine with it” and he’s “praying that they are well”.

- Jay is someone who you can never tell if he’s worried or upset, because he doesn’t want you to be worried about him. He keeps it inside and cracks jokes so you have absolutely no clue. It’s frustrating. There are truly only very very very very few people he opens himself up to.

- Someone we know was scheduled to have a meeting with him and had to fly in to do it, so he/she rushed into the meeting all in a sweat and the first thing Jay did was buy orange juice for him/her.

- When Jay found out that we were doing post-its at the JYP Building for him in the winter, he said to our source that he wanted us to stop because it “wasn’t important” and he’s “sorry” and he just wants us to “have a good year doing our own things and focus on our studies”, and that he “appreciated our work, but he doesn’t encourage time doing post-its” and that “it’s cold outside, so don’t stay out too long and catch a cold, yeah?” He was quite insistent on us not doing post-its for him.

- The main reason why he accepted Hype Nation was because AOM was going to star in it with him. If AOM was not a part of it and would not benefit, he would have rejected the offer quickly. Apparently, he’s making everyone get headaches because he refuses to do anything without AOM haha.

- Jay is gullible and naive and sometimes you just want to punch him for having the worst of luck, but his loyalty to his friends is always so true.

Jay has repeatedly said “I don’t know what I would do without my fans.” I know most of you assume he really appreciates his fans and works hard for them, but I’m going to CONFIRM that this is true. He really knows that he would be nowhere right now without them, and is waiting for the day when he can stand on stage and thank them. To us, this is the most important thing about Jay we value.

“I’m willing to sacrifice a few years for a lifetime of happiness.”
- Jay Park

This is the kind of guy Jay Park was and is.
Human, but true.
Haters: Do you know who you are hating on, really?
