Singer and actor Park Jaebum will be standing on the same stage as an international musician he's claimed to be a major fan of named Musiq Soul Child.
SEOUL SOUL FESTIVAL 2010 will take place from October 9th through 10th. The festival is a new type of festival featuring R&B, hip hop, and soul. The company stated "The festival will be unleashed in the very center of Seoul. The line up artists featured are the top of the top of the nation and overseas. It will be an omnibus style concert of headliners."
The first line up names revealed are Park Jaebum, a star that has recorded over 7 million views with his Nothin On You cover online. He's already filmed for a b-boy movie titled Hype Nation and has even participated in the OST production. In Korea he's been sweeping various music charts with songs such as Brave Brothers' I Want to Cry and has recently began his Asia fan meeting tour. He will be returning to Korea with b-boy team AOM for this performance.
Musiq Soul Child has also been earning much interest after Park Jaebum revealed that he was a fan of the artist. Park Jaebum sang Musiq Soul Child's Love and Just Friends on radio broadcasts and has confessed that he's a hardcore mania, even recommending his song 'Who Knows' to his fans on his personal Twitter.
Musiq Soul Child will be visiting Korea for the first time. He's a musician that has created a variety of hits since his 2000 debut and is considered the best soul artist of this generation.
Aside from Park Jaebum and Musiq Soul Child Sean Kingston and Se7en are also revealed on the line up.
The 2nd line up list will be revealed in the middle of this month with other impressive artists.
