2PM receives ‘Most Popular Asian Singer’, stands tall as Asia’s top singer

Korea’s top class performance boyband 2PM have stood tall as the top singer of the Korean Wave.

2PM received the honorary ‘Most Popular Asian Singer’ award at the ‘Mandarin Music Honours 2010’(‘MMH 2010’) on the 18th, held at the Wukesong Arena in China.

‘MMH 2010’, currently at its 10th year, is hosted by MTV and CCTV. It is the largest annual music festival in China with Asia’s popular singers from countries including Japan, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong attending. It is also Asia’s largest music festival.

2PM participated as a representative of Korea and they received the ‘Most Popular Asian Singer’ award, which placed them at the top of the singers of the Korean Wave.
