[NEWS] 101119 First-ever! 2PM dominated the movie ringtone chart

On November 18th, it's announced that the 6-member Korean boys group 2PM, who will make a debut in Japan on 24th, dominated the movie ringtone* chart from first to fifth (reported by RecoChoku Co, Ltd.).

It is for the first time that a pre-debut artist dominated the top five of the mobile distribution. Also, none of the pre-debut artists have topped the chart before. Among the five songs are "Without U" and "Heartbeat", and all of the music videos are from 2PM's Japan debut DVD "Hottest~2PM 1st MUSIC VIDEO COLLECTION&History" which will be released on 24th. The movie distribution to the mobile phone has started on 17th, with a giveaway of mobile screen picture to those who downloaded.

Wooyoung (21) gave a comment, "I'm glad to know that Japanese people are interested in us. I've been spending good days, feeling excited for our Japan debut." For your information, KARA ranked sixth and seventh, and SNSD ranked tenth. The K-POP artists took the top spots.

2PM consists of ikemen (appealing looks guys), and their average height is 1.81m. They are known for the melancholic melody and the powerful dance making full use of their toned body, thus called "beastly idol". More and more people pay attention to their debut event which will be held at Ryogoku Kokugikan in Tokyo on December 8th.
