- How to Submit: send e-mail to the Jay Effect admin at jwalkerz_10@hanmail.net
- Format: in jpg, ai, or psd file
- Winner Announced: 3 finalists are selected by the admin and announced on Dec 3.
And the winner will be voted by you jwalkerz!
- Prize: Autographed CD of Bestie single album
