Idol group 2PM has become the messengers of the Hanryu wave due to their high popularity in Thailand.

Thai ambassador Jung Haemun visited Thailand on the 26th of April and met Thailand's princess. Ambassador Jung gifted a few items representing Korea's history and culture. One of his presents was 2PM's 2nd single album, '2:00 PM Time For Change,' attracting much attention.

The single includes tracks such as 'Again & Again' and 'I Hate You.' The album had already received immense popularity in Thailand and was even called the new Hanryu wave.

Reported by a Thailand news source, the video showed Thailand's princess showing great interest in 2PM's album. The Hanryu wave has become even stronger in Thailand especially, and with the princess's interest in the group, 2PM's status has been realized
