Hello. This is the project manager of 2PM's promotions with Korea Yakult.
We are thankful of our customers' important opinions.
Our company ended our contract with 2PM on January 31st,
and the fanmeeting event on the 6th of February was their last promotional activity for us.
We would also like to add that we will not be renewing the contract.
The second image is a screen shot of the modified announcement, where the last sentence about the non-renewing of the contract has been deleted. It is said that JYPE is most likely to be behind this.

[NEWS] 100306 Even the fans' boycott is giving advertisers a headache 12:04 AM
After the permanent withdrawal of 2PM's leader Park Jaebum, fans have been boycotting the programs associated with 2PM, and in regards to this the advertisers are showing their uncomfortable expressions.
An 'H' drink company that 2PM had modeled for announced on their homepage under "News & Advertising situation", that "their contract with 2PM ended on January 31st 2010", "hereafter a renewal of the contract will not occur".
A portion of the fans are interpreting this as "Aren't they taking these measures because the advertisement company is concerned of the damaging image of 2PM due to the Jaebum situation?"
An associate of company "S" explained "There are a lot of people who think 2PM are still our models ever since our fan meeting on the 6th of February. We have put up this announcement to eliminate any misunderstandings".
"Fans who still think 2PM are still our models and are associated with the boycotting of 2PM advertisements have been calling in and sending so many emails to the customer services team that is hindering their work. This is why we are taking such measures." They emphasized, "We did not stop our contract with them because of the fans' boycott".
2PM are still models for a mobile phone company, clothing and confectionary brands.
One associate of an advertisement company stated "2PM as models are meant to be targeting those of the young generation, therefore they cannot avoid the movement of the 2PM fans. Even still, it is not possible to suddenly change advertising models, all they can do it watch how the situation will end up".
