Male group 2PM and female group SNSD was chosen as the most favored TV advertisement models by their fans.
In a survey conducted from January 10th to the present by brand38.com, a total of 1,021 males and females over the age of 17 participated in a survey titled, "Which star matches TV advertisement the best?" in a 1:1 interview. On the 25th, they revealed the results of the votes.
2PM earned 16.01% of the votes and came out on top. Brand38 divides their surveys half years. In the last half of last year, 2PM ranked in at 7th place.
Second place was by MC Yoo jaesuk with 13.34% of the votes. Yoo Jaesuk was actually first in the last half of last year.
Third place was SNSD with 11.86%, coming out on top for the female category. Kim Yeona earned 9.49% of the votes at 4th place, and Kang Dongwon earned 9.19%, coming in at 5th.
2AM earned 8.89%, CN Blue 8.3%, BEG 6.23%, Beast 5.63%.
Brand38 stated, "The popular trend amongst idols is becoming more clear. Besides the top 10, there was also After School, Super Junior, DBSG, Kara, 2NE1, MBLAQ, SS501, Davichi... omit.
He went on to state, "Even within idol groups, there's always one member that outshines them all. There might be huge stars that have a 10 year long history but if they do not promote, they lose the interest of the mass public, which is what is revealed through surveys like this." omit.
