[News] 100709 Jaebum Signs With Sidus HQ and Will Join A Drama?

Ex-2PM leader Jaebum (23) has chosen to sign with Korea’s biggest entertainment management, Sidus HQ, increasing interest on his future activities.

After Jaebum’s decision of signing with Sidus HQ, one of Korea’s largest managements, questions that were discussed under the tables are beginning to surface. Many dramas have been contacting Jaebum with the assumptions of him beginning activities in Korea.

However, any advancements were inconvenient as he was not under an official management at the time. After Jaebum decided on a management company, discussions of him debuting as an actor in Korea has been increasing.

Jaebum returned to Korea in late June after 9 months for the filming of the American film ‘Hype Nation‘, beginning his acting career. He came together with songwriter Park GeunTae, and will be releasing B.O.B’s ‘Nothin’ On You‘ on the 13th. The song’s title has been decided on ‘Will You Believe Me?‘. His music video, which was shot in Taiwan, will also be revealed in the near future.

However, if he wants to make his official comeback in Korea, there are many obstacles he must overcome. It seems like the safest route would be to continously watch the public’s eyes before beginning any activities as an actor, and then move into performing as a singer. A spokesperson stated, “We exchanged many talks with Jaebum and his parents. Rather than finding something that was lost, we are taking him in as a rookie.”
