Food, clothing, etc... brands reach out to Jaebum, "He's overcome his hardships, a powerful force to advance into the American market"
The advertisement market has began contacting 2PM's former member Jaebum.
One advertising industry associate stated, "With his return to Korea, we've began discussing using him as an advertisement model. He's a figure that represents overcoming one's hardships and definitely a force that's fit to enter the American market. He's highly priced as an advertisement model. Food and clothing brands have already made offers."
Love calls being made to Jaebum from the advertisement market is actually quite surprising. Jaebum was terminated in February from his former agency JYP Entertainment. The advertisement market is most sensitive to such 'private life' issues and they are most likely aware of his background. However, they have shown their willingness to ignore those aspects and have become preoccupied with his star potential.
Another associate stated, "There isn't any proof regarding his rumors so there isn't a big risk factor. There's a lot of interest and attention on Jaebum."
