Now is the time that Jaebum and Sidus HQ must show their courtesy towards their fans

Group 2PM's former member Jaebum has contracted with Sidus HQ and is now officially beginning his activities. The afternoon of the 22nd will mark the beginning of his career as 'Hype Nation' reveals its set to the press.

Sidus HQ has stated, "We will be supporting him as much as possible in order for him to become a world star. We will make sure we greet you with an image of us working hard since you have all waited for so long."

Park Jaebum was terminated in February from former agency JYP Entertainment due to a private life problem and is now attempting to return to the Korean industry after 5 months.

However, the mass public gazes at Jaebum with cold eyes. It is because he was terminated from JYPE for his private life but is attempting to return to the industry without any sort of clarification.

The majority of the fans believe that there is a reason JYPE went to such extremes, using harsh terms such as 'private life problem,' and going as far as to throw away a talent that they themselves raised. They are also very curious of that reason.

Regardless, Park Jaebum's lips remains sealed even after he has already started fiming for Hype Nation, even after he has returned to Korea, and even after he has contracted with Sidus HQ. Never has he put out any sort of information that has clarified his stance.

The only thing he has done is release a Korean version of the song "Nothin' On You" and act as if he was clarifying the entire thing by wrapping it up as 'trust,' effectively shoving the issue onto his fans.

Fans are also disappointed with Sidus HQ. They are disappointed with the fact that they are choosing to just 'cover up' the person that another company terminated. As if the fans are nothing more than a consumer to the product named Park Jaebum, Sidus HQ has ignored their right to know.

Many industry message boards have stated, "Isn't it time that he opens a press conference and clarifies himself?" "He's being completely disrespectful to his fans by acting as if nothing happened when he was terminated for such a huge reason." They continue to request 'manners' from Park Jaebum and Sidus HQ.

Jung Huntak, Sidus HQ's president, has also remained quiet on Park Jaebum's 'problem,' choosing instead to emphasize on his star potential. President Jung is in charge of a management agency.

The majority opinion is that they must at least be respectful to the fans and explain the reason why they have chosen to hold on to Jaebum even when they knew they would be receiving extreme hate.

A highly famous message board in Korea has messages such as, "If Jaebum wishes to be confident with who he is, he needs to clarify himself otherwise the issue will just remain chained to his feet. He may be able to stand on his stage without a clarification and the fans may be okay with it but the mass public will just take that as deceit." Many netizens agreed to this statement.

Jaebum has outstanding star qualities. He's got exceptional talent that any agency would want and it is definite that there will be much attention and spotlight put on his future movies, dramas, and album productions.

But one thing can never be forgotten: his fans are the principal agent of his interests.

No matter how much talent he has, once the love and interest of his fans are cut off, he will lose his life in the celebrity industry. If he chose a career that lives off of the love of his fans, he must clarify what they are most curious of and he must help them understand before he begins his career.

If a detailed clarification is difficult, he must at least apologize for the controversy he has caused. That is the most respectful thing he can do. It is the destiny of a celebrity that must live on with the love of his fans.
